2024 Acura ZDX Exterior Design

Critics of the first Acura to don the ZDX name called its exterior design “endearingly weird.” The 2024 ZDX is just as unique, but in a glamorously futuristic way. It features a floating roof line over smoothed-out body sides. The front fascia is defined by the Illuminated Seamless Pentagon Grille and Chicane™ daytime running lights. The Type S trim sits on 22-inch alloy wheels with bright yellow six-piston Brembo® front brakes. 2024 ZDX: Power and Performance

The 2024 ZDX has two powertrain options. The base mode is offered with a standard rear-wheel drive (RWD) setup that includes a 358-horsepower motor powered by a 102.0-kWh battery pack that, according to the brand, has a range of 313 miles (real-world experiences may vary). Shoppers can add a second motor to the front axle for an all-wheel drive experience that bumps the combined horsepower up to 490. The Type S has standard all-wheel drive and a powertrain that cranks out 499 horsepower. Both trims have an exceptionally quiet cabin, agile handling, and a smooth ride.

Opting for the Type S trim upgrades the safety suite to the AcuraWatch™ 360+, which adds Hands-Free Cruise control and Automatic Parking Assist, among other features.
