The experience starts when you arrive at Jenkins Acura in Ocala, FL. A Quick Service Consultant will meet you waiting to expedite your check-in. In our Quick Service bays, specially trained Acura Technician Teams will complete a multi-point inspection along with your maintenance service. We will send you an electronic copy of the inspection and a video of your vehicle. You can approve or decline any recommended services at that point, right from your phone or computer! You will have the option of a complimentary wash and vacuum that will extend the total service time to just under an hour. 
Our client lounge provides quiet, comfortable seating, wireless internet access, complimentary refreshments, and allows you to watch your vehicle on our TV screens as we complete your service!
