If the automaker's exciting new variants and host of amenities have anything to say about it, it's that 2018 looks to be a banner year for the performance, safety, and luxury trifecta.

When Acura made a few refreshments to its midsize sedan for the upcoming model year, that it hearkened to the Acura Precision Concept brought with the new model plenty of promise.
The Acura aficionados at our Ocala, FL showroom were delighted to envision the prospects for Acura's TLX A-Spec V6 variant, where sporty chassis enhancements and a retuned electric power steering system came together with a few new damper settings and wheel and tire specs to excel. Factor in the rapid-response steering ratio in the all-wheel-drive-equipped A-Spec, along with the precise control proffered by a stiffer spring rate and rear stabilizer bar, and the stage seemed set for an adrenalized ride.
But 2018 TLX is also the first Acura model to get the dual-screen user interface (ODMD 2.0) redesign to boot, showcasing menus built to appeal to the intuitive, each of which offers ease of access thanks to a new and response time-improved 7-inch capacitive touchscreen. And the drive-time shouldn't lack in infotainment perks, as 2018 TLX comes both Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay™ compatible for interface with a gamut of smartphones using the sedan's display. Acquiring traffic-optimized directions, making hands-free calls, sending and receiving messages, and streaming music appears easier than ever.
Plus, the apex tier of Acura's safety and driver-assist technologies, AcuraWatch™, is now standard in the new TLX. That means peace of mind for commute, day-trip, and extended alike, no matter where the open road takes you.
