1. 1. 7 years or 100,000 total odometer miles, whichever occurs first, from the original in-service date of the vehicle. Applies to Precision Certified vehicles. Covers listed powertrain components defective in materials or workmanship under normal use, and the exclusions in note 2 also apply.
2. 2. 2 years or up to 100,000 total odometer miles (whichever occurs first), beginning at the expiration of the New Vehicle Limited Warranty or the date of sale if the vehicle was purchased after that warranty expired. Covers listed original-equipment components defective in materials or workmanship under normal use. Listed systems include fuel, suspension, steering, brakes, heating and air conditioning, electrical, hybrid high-voltage batteries, factory audio and navigation, and safety restraints. Maintenance and wear items, the emission system, body, interior, glass and wheels are not covered. Separate emission, rust and seat-belt limited warranties may continue. Additional limitations include misuse, abuse, modifications, non-compliance with warranty policies, lack of proper maintenance and acts of nature. Maintenance records may be required. 3. 3. Beginning on the date of vehicle delivery. The 7-day exchange policy allows the customer to exchange the vehicle purchased for another Acura Precision Certified Pre-Owned vehicle in the dealer's inventory. The returned vehicle must be in the same condition as when it left the dealership and may have no more than 300 miles over the mileage shown as of the date of purchase.

Precision Certified EV: limited warranty coverage of 2 years or up to 100,000 total odometer miles, whichever occurs first, beginning at expiration of the New Vehicle Limited Warranty, or the date of sale if it has expired. High-voltage battery coverage continues from the New Vehicle Limited Warranty for 8 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first; gradual capacity loss is expected and not covered, and degradation below 75% of original value during that period, as determined by an authorized Acura dealer, is subject to repair or replacement. Complimentary service runs 2 years or 24,000 miles from delivery, whichever occurs first. Precision Used: powertrain and non-powertrain coverage of 6 months or 10,000 miles, whichever occurs first, beginning at expiration of the New Vehicle Limited Warranty or the date of sale if it has expired. Under the Warranty Booklet, Precision Used vehicles are eligible for Roadside Assistance, trip interruption and concierge benefits during the Precision Used non-powertrain coverage period, and for one complimentary oil change within 12 months or 12,000 miles of delivery.
5. 5. Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for 2 years or up to 100,000 total odometer miles (whichever occurs first), beginning at the expiration of the New Vehicle Limited Warranty or the date of sale if that warranty has already expired. Until then, Roadside Assistance comes through the New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Flat-tire change uses your spare. Fuel delivery is two gallons, up to twice per calendar year. Battery jump-start, lockout assistance and winch service are also included. Towing after a mechanical breakdown or vehicle accident goes to the nearest authorized Acura dealership or repair facility, and emergency towing is also provided if a component covered under the Powertrain coverage fails during the warranty period. 6. 6. Available during the Precision Certified non-powertrain coverage period: 2 years or up to 100,000 total odometer miles (whichever occurs first), beginning at the expiration of the New Vehicle Limited Warranty or the date of sale if that warranty has already expired. Trip interruption expense reimbursement applies when a mechanical breakdown disables the vehicle overnight more than 100 miles from your residence and reimburses receipts for alternate transportation, food and accommodations for the first 3 days of repairs, subject to daily and total limits. Rental vehicle reimbursement applies only to repairs covered by the warranty, for up to 4 days based on repair time, subject to daily and per-breakdown limits, from a licensed rental agency or the repair facility, and excludes mileage, gasoline, maintenance, insurance and collision damage waiver charges. Concierge service helps with message relay, airline reservations, rental vehicles and hotel reservations; third-party costs are the driver's responsibility. See the Warranty Booklet.
7. 7. Repairs completed under the Acura Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty coverage have no standard deductible per repair visit. The Limited Warranty does not cover vehicles used for commercial purposes or repairs performed outside the United States, and it excludes U.S.-registered vehicles regularly driven in other countries. For warranty service, take the vehicle to an authorized Acura dealer; reimbursement for emergency repairs elsewhere requires, among other conditions, no authorized Acura dealer within 50 miles of the breakdown or local dealerships closed at the time, a vehicle that is immobile or would be damaged further or unsafe if driven, and Acura Care's approval before the repair. If you're traveling and have the car repaired at an Acura dealer in another country, contact Acura Care about reimbursement for covered repairs. Covered repairs are limited to suggested retail pricing on OEM parts and Acura factory flat-rate labor time, and Acura may use factory-remanufactured parts or parts of like kind and quality. Repair costs aren't covered once total paid repairs exceed the price you paid for the vehicle, or for a claim greater than the vehicle's replacement cost as determined by Acura. Diagnosis and teardown aren't covered if the breakdown results from a non-covered part or condition. See the Warranty Booklet.
8. 8. Beginning on the date of vehicle delivery and for 12 months/12,000 miles (whichever occurs first). Excludes NSX. For MY25 vehicles or newer, eligibility begins after the expiration of the complimentary Acura Maintenance Program at 1 year or 12,000 miles (whichever occurs first). Items must be indicated by the vehicle's Maintenance Minder system and Owner's Manual: oil and filter, tire rotation, air intake filter, cabin air filter, rear differential fluid (if applicable) and brake fluid. Service at a participating Acura dealer.
9. 9. SiriusXM is a complimentary 3-month trial from the date of delivery. Vehicles with an authorized AcuraLink system are eligible for one or more 3-month trial subscription packages. Not all Acura Certified Pre-Owned vehicles are equipped with the AcuraLink system, and not all subscription services are available for all vehicles. AcuraLink trials must be activated within 90 days of delivery and require a paid subscription afterward. SiriusXM services require a subscription after any trial period. If you decide to continue your SiriusXM service at the end of your trial subscription, the plan you choose will automatically renew and bill at then-current rates until you call SiriusXM at 1-866-635-2349 to cancel.
