What is the AFS Acura Pull Ahead Program?
The AFS Acura Pull Ahead Program is an Acura Owner loyalty offer that targets existing, RL, TSX, RDX and MDX lease customers. Customers in good standing are sent a pre-approval offer from AFS along with a waiver for up to three (3) remaining payments when they sign a new AFS lease, retail or Acura Leadership Purchase Plan (LPP) Contract.

How is AFS contacting customers about the Pull Ahead Program?
AFS is mailing qualified customers an offer letter followed by a direct mail piece 120 days prior to maturity date. In addition to the mailed offer, American Honda Finance Corporation (AHFC) Lease Maturity Center (LMC) representatives will promote the Pull Ahead Program to qualified clients via customer phone calls to discuss the opportunity to work with the Pull Ahead Program. Jenkins Acura is also contacting clients to discuss options for lease end. 

Do customers have to sign new AFS lease contracts to qualify for Pull Ahead benefits?
Qualified customers can sign a new AFS lease, retail or LPP contracts on any new Acura vehicle and get Pull Ahead benefits.

Do clients have to sign new AFS contracts on another ILX, TLX, RLX and MDX to get the Pull Ahead Program?
No. Qualified customers can choose and new Acura vehicle and get Pull Ahead benefits. They do not have to choose the same model they are currently driving.

What actions do qualified clients take for the Pull Ahead Program?
Clients should take their offer letter to any Acura dealership, then sign a new AFS lease, retail or LPP contract on any new, unregistered Acura vehicle.

Do customers have to return to the originating dealer?
No. Although the offer letter lists the name of their originating dealership, customers can go to any Acura dealer and redeem this Pull Ahead offer.

What if the customer has lost the offer letter?
Contact Jenkins Acura or the LMC at 800-708-6555 to verify a customer's program eligibility. The LMC will fax us a copy of the offer letter.

Is the Pull Ahead offer transferable? For example, can a qualified customer transfer the offer to a son, daughter, or spouse?
No. The Pull Ahead benefit and pre-approval offer are non-transferable. Pre-approval information must match the Pull Ahead offer letter. Individuals cannot be added to or removed from the letter. Contracts till not be funded if the Pull Ahead offer letter and credit application do not match.

Can this offer be combined with other Acura Programs?
Yes. Pull Ahead benefits do not affect customers' eligibility for lease or APR specials or Acura Loyalty Advantage benefits.

Can the dealership extend the Pull Ahead Program to waive more than three (3) payments and pay the additional payments by the dealership?
No. This program was designed to pull ahead customers within 3 months only of their lease maturity date.

Acura Pull Ahead Program

The Acura Financial Services (AFS) ALL Acura Pull Ahead Program is intended for current TL, RL, ILX, TSX, RDX and MDX customers.
Letters to qualified clients will include:
• An offer to waive up to three remaining payments on an existing AFS Lease Contract
• A pre-approval amount
• The originating Acura Dealership name and phone number for the client's                   convenience

Inspection of your Acura Lease before the Turn In Date is recommended, not required. Should you wish to contact SGS Inspection they will meet you at home, work or here at Jenkins Acura.
