The Integra's 1.5-liter VTEC Turbo makes 200 horsepower and 192 lb-ft, with that torque arriving at 1,800 rpm. A CVT with paddle shifters is standard, and the A-Spec with Technology Package is also offered with a 6-speed manual that brings Rev-Match Control and a helical limited-slip differential. CVT models carry EPA-estimated ratings of 29/37/32 mpg.

The IS 350 uses a naturally aspirated 3.5-liter V6 with 311 horsepower and 280 lb-ft. Rear-drive models get an 8-speed automatic and all-wheel-drive models a 6-speed, and the EPA-estimated combined figure is 22 mpg with either layout.

For 2026 every Integra gets a 9-inch touchscreen, two inches larger than before and driven by a faster processor, along with a 10.2-inch digital cluster, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a wireless charger. The A-Spec with Technology Package adds a 5.3-inch head-up display and a 16-speaker ELS STUDIO 3D system with two overhead speakers.

The IS 350 comes with a 12.3-inch Lexus Interface touchscreen, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, wireless smartphone connectivity and a 10-speaker Lexus Premium Sound system. A 17-speaker Mark Levinson system is an option on the F SPORT grade.

On the IS 350, Lexus Safety System+ 3.0 brings Pre-Collision System, Full-Speed Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, Lane Tracing Assist and Proactive Driving Assist as standard. Blind Spot Monitor, Safe Exit Assist and 10 airbags are standard as well.

The Integra holds 24.3 cubic feet of cargo behind its liftgate, the 60/40 split rear seatback folds for longer loads, and rear passengers get 37.4 inches of legroom. Integra and A-Spec trims use heated leatherette front seats, while the A-Spec with Technology Package moves to microsuede trim and a 12-way power driver's seat with memory.

The IS 350 trunk measures 10.8 cubic feet, and rear legroom is 32.2 inches. NuLuxe synthetic trim and heated front seats are standard, with ventilated seats and a heated steering wheel on the F SPORT.

Both cars measure 185.8 inches long, so the Integra's sloping liftback roofline is the clearest visual difference between them. The IS 350 sits on a 110.2-inch wheelbase, compared with 107.7 inches for the Integra, and both Lexus grades wear 19-inch wheels. Both grades wear F SPORT exterior styling with unique front and rear bumpers and rocker moldings, and a power moonroof is optional.
